The Birchglen arrived in Halifax

The Birchglen arrived in Halifax on February 18, 2010, after sailing part of the winter for AK Steel. She went into drydock on February 28 for her five-year inspection. The hull was repainted and maintenance work was done. The Birchglen got out of drydock on March 20 for the final usual adjustments. She will be back at sea on March 25, bound for Sept-Iles to load iron ore pellets for AK Steel. Photo courtesy of www.boatnerd.com.
